Paella and Schwienshaxe (Pork Knuckle) take center stage as our favorite food in Europe! Listen as we talk about these and many other dishes in Europe that we like, and a few that we don’t like.

The discussion goes from Spain to Germany to Belgium to Vienna to Greece and more 🙂

Chris and I eat a Lambs head for our Easter celebration!

Enjoy the adventure as we take a cable car up a mountain and make our way to a restaurant with a beautiful panorama view over the city of Tirana, Albania. There, we enjoy copious amounts of wine, rakia, laughter, and great conversation.

Enjoy the video 🙂

Tempura is Japanese fried food and it is AMAZING! Here is a video from my favorite tempura restaurant in Tokyo; I must have come here 5 days in a row for lunch! 🙂

I eat fried shrimp with hot soba noodles and then cold soba noodles as well as trying octopus inside some sort of slimey weird white goo. Soba noodles are a kind of thin buckwheat noodle and they taste amazing inside of a hot kind of broth/soup.

I end up at a local noodle restaurant in Tokyo and have one of the best meals of my life!

This place was in a dark alley in the middle of this huge city and the only way that we got there was by following a kind of local guide from our hostel.

The best part about the entire experience is that I found out that the Japanese really do slurp-up their food and that it really does make it taste better; though, it’s one of the most initially off-putting experiences, to walk into a place where everyone is loudly slurping, you quickly get used to it.

I hope you enjoy the video! 🙂

Eating EEL in Japan. I never even thought about eating eel (unagi in Japanese) until I stumbled upon this nice little place in Tokyo.

It turns out that they eat EVERY part of the eel in Japan and this was a bit unexpected; though, it made for a fun experience in the restaurant ;).

In the video, I eat every part of the eel:

  • head
  • fin
  • guts
  • meat

Suffice it to say, the meat was by far the best part.

I hope you enjoy the video! Leave any comments below 🙂
